1 Program Overview

The Tashi Non-Stop Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by Tashi Non-Stop Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the website tashinonstop.com. The Program allows approved individuals ("Affiliates," "you," or "your") to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase Tashi Non-Stop courses using unique affiliate referral links.

The Program is managed through the FluentAffiliate platform integrated into our WordPress website. All tracking, commission calculation, and payout processing occurs through this platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and agree to create a WordPress account on tashinonstop.com
• Submit a complete and truthful affiliate registration form
• Receive written or system-generated approval from the Company
• Agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions in full

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3 Commission Structure

Approved Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link. The current commission structure is as follows:

• Commission is calculated on the net sale price. If a buyer discount is applicable to the specific product or promotion, it is deducted first — commission is then calculated on the resulting net price, not the original listed price.
• All digital products (online courses, downloadable content) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. As a result, commission reversals on digital sales are not expected in the ordinary course of business.
• For physical products (where applicable), the refund window is 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery. Commissions on physical product sales are credited as Pending and move to Approved only after this 14-day window has passed.
• If a buyer receives a refund on a physical product or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed — even if it has already been marked Approved.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are strictly prohibited and any commissions generated will be voided.

4 Pricing — Subject to Change

• The Company may run promotional sales, limited-time discounts, or bundle offers that differ from the standard prices listed above.
• Affiliates must not publish, advertise, or guarantee specific prices in any promotional content, as these may be outdated.
• Commission amounts will always be calculated based on the actual net price paid by the buyer at the time of purchase, regardless of any price the Affiliate may have previously advertised.
• The Company is not responsible for any misrepresentation of pricing caused by an Affiliate sharing outdated information.
• Affiliates who consistently misrepresent pricing may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

5 Referral Tracking & Cookies

• Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link containing their WordPress username (e.g., tashinonstop.com/?aff=username).
• A tracking cookie is placed on the visitor's browser for 30 days from the date of their first click on your referral link.
• If the visitor completes a purchase within the 30-day window, the sale is attributed to your account and commission is credited.
• The Last Affiliate attribution model applies — if a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the commission is credited to the most recent affiliate link clicked before purchase.
• The Company is not liable for lost commissions resulting from the buyer clearing cookies, switching browsers, using incognito mode, or any other browser behavior that prevents tracking.
• Attempting to manipulate tracking or artificially inflate clicks is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

6 Affiliate Obligations & Conduct

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Tashi Non-Stop courses honestly, accurately, and in a manner consistent with our brand values and mission.
• Always clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience in compliance with FTC guidelines and any applicable local laws. For example: "This is an affiliate link — I may earn a commission if you purchase."
• Only share current, accurate information about our courses. Always direct your audience to check the course page for up-to-date pricing and details.
• Use only the referral link and coupon code assigned to you — not those belonging to other affiliates.
• Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products or their effectiveness.
• Not purchase products through your own affiliate link (self-referral is prohibited).
• Promptly update, correct, or remove any promotional content upon request from the Company.

7 Brand Protection & Usage

The Tashi Non-Stop brand, name, logo, characters, course names, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Tashi Non-Stop Media LLC. As an Affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting our courses under this Program.

Violation of brand protection guidelines may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of pending commissions, and potential legal action.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and possible legal action:

• Spam — sending unsolicited emails, messages, or posts with your affiliate link
• Cookie stuffing or any form of artificial click generation or tracking manipulation
• Placing affiliate links on websites or platforms that host illegal, adult, or harmful content
• Creating misleading landing pages or redirect pages that impersonate Tashi Non-Stop
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to generate fake clicks or referrals
• Offering cashback, incentives, or rebates to buyers in exchange for using your link without prior written permission
• Sharing or transferring your affiliate account, referral link, or coupon code to another person
• Making false income claims — you may not guarantee specific earnings from the Program

9 Payouts & Payment Terms

• The minimum payout threshold is $20.00 USD. Balances below this amount roll over to the next payout period.
• Commission statuses: Pending → Approved → Paid (or Rejected in cases of refund, chargeback, or violation).
• Payouts are processed in USD (US Dollars) via the method agreed upon between the Parties at time of payout.
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, so commission reversals on digital sales are not expected. For physical products, if a buyer receives a refund within the 14-day refund window from confirmed delivery, or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed — even if it has already been marked Approved.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of any suspected fraud or policy violation.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to commissions earned in their jurisdiction.

10 Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice (including email).
• The Company may terminate any affiliate account immediately and without notice for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your referral link and coupon code will be deactivated immediately.
• Approved commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
• Pending commissions not yet approved at termination may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
• All brand assets, promotional materials, and references to the affiliate relationship must be removed immediately upon termination.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability to any Affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the three (3) months preceding any claim. The Company is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program
• Lost commissions due to technical failures, cookie deletion, or browser behavior outside our control
• Any loss of income or business resulting from changes to commission rates or program terms
• Any claims arising from the Affiliate's own promotional content or conduct

The Company does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, clicks, or referrals from participation in the Program.

12 Amendments

Tashi Non-Stop Media LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered affiliate email address
• A notice in your affiliate dashboard
• An updated version of this page with a new "Last Updated" date

Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the Parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon between both parties in writing.
